IT System Management Clerk (m/f/d)

With us, you are responsible for sales organization. You forward calls and are the trusted voice for our customers. You organize appointments, handle warranty cases, and are responsible for general office duties. You also take care of incoming and outgoing goods.

During your apprenticeship as a system integrator with us, no day will be like the last. You will have a lot of direct contact with customers by setting up remote maintenance, arranging on-site appointments, and implementing complex server projects. This includes installing and setting up hardware components, operating systems, and networks according to customer requirements. Of course, troubleshooting and analysis, as well as their resolution, are also among your tasks. Furthermore, you must meticulously and completely document your activities so that the customer and our own team are always up-to-date and this information can be used for future projects.
