NEUERO Drum Cleaner with Sieve

NEUERO Drum Cleaner with Sieve has up to 20.0 t/h cleaning capacity, which is driven by 0.37 kW gear motor with notched belt drive.

During the cleaning process, the raw material is fed into inner drum via inlet nozzle, where coarse contaminants such as straw parts, straw knots, thistle heads, etc. are sifted through. The crop with the remaining fine components then falls into the outer drum sieve. Here the “pure goods” are separated from the fine parts and discharged through an outlet. The sifted through fine parts such as sand, herb seeds, dust etc. are collected in a funnel and removed. There are fixed connections for removal of individual fractions. The built-in cleaning brushes prevent the outer sieve from being clogged with broken and small particles.

By changing the drum sieve, the appliance can be adapted to different types of grain. The sieve drums are available with different perforations for wheat, rye, barley, oats, corn, sunflower seeds, peas and beans. The appliance is designed so that it can be changed in just a few simple steps.
The closed housing ensures minimal dust leakage. Also, it should be mentioned that it is vibration-free, which excludes the transmission of vibrations to parts of the building. This means that no additional foundations or supports are required. For special site requirements, the drum cleaner sieve can also be supplied mirror-wise upon request.

The cleaning effect can be optimized in combination with pneumatic separator such as the NEUERO WR-type pre-cleaner.
