NEUERO drying systems are suitable for drying all bulky agricultural products, such as: wheat, barley, malting barley, rapeseed, corn, peas, sunflowers, rice, beans and granules.

The drying systems from NEUERO are manufactured on the most modern semi and fully automatic CNC machine tools. This guarantees the highest quality combined with an attractive price. Further developments in the drying process can be put into practice promptly. The entire dryer column is manufactured exclusively in Germany.

NEUERO drying systems are characterized by energy used low losses. Our indirect air heaters have an efficiency of> 90% and with a small size! Optionally available heat exchangers are able to replace all or part of the energy previously generated by fossil fuels. This saves you part of the drying costs required.

All systems have a specially manufactured thermal insulation of the air hood (warm air exhaust hood) and dryer column made of high-quality sandwich elements. This minimizes heat loss and prevents the dryer column from becoming blocked due to condensation.

In general, NEUERO drying systems have devices for heat recovery during the drying process. Here, unsaturated air from the recooling of the material to be dried is mixed back with warm air. Together with a “smart” burner control, you reduce energy costs and thus protect the environment.

NEUERO drying systems are characterized by short assembly time. Due to the modular design and a high degree of standardization, it is possible to deliver and put the systems into operation at short notice according to your wishes. Only a little effort is required for assembly.
